Workshop Organizer: Alex Winkler

Alex will be running all the online Sunday fitness classes. Alex is currently expecting her second baby in July (another boy!). She is a qualified Pre & Post Natal Fitness specialist with a huge interest in pelvic wellness & proper core function (inparticularly with expecting and post natal mamas). She is passionate about keeping active in a safe way while pregnant. She is also very inspired to keep learning and connecting with other mamas to be. She can't wait to meet you! 

Workshop Goals:

  • Discover how to workout safely and affectively while being an expecting mama. 

  • Build confidence and skills for delivery
