Social distancing makes it hard for people to see one another, but with our helpful at-home yoga workouts and other classes, you’ll be able to focus on staying in shape even while you’re outside the gym.
We believe that women can be fit and healthy, but that doesn’t necessarily mean you need to be shredded. Fitness is about more than working out; it’s about being confident and being able to tackle all the things you need to do every day. It’s about having an amazing sense of self and being in a good place of positive mental health. We believe that exercise is a key component in feeling and looking your best, which is why we built a platform where women can come together to make the most of their fitness journeys. We even offer a fitness retreat for women who are eager to get together and meet one another after talking in our online chats.
