Morning led 3-5km Run followed by a stretch. Feel free to follow your own pace and/or walk!

Creative class that allows you tone and tighten using a bamboo stick as your barre!

A challenging yoga class, one breath per movement.

Beach Booty Bands
Workout on the beach with resistance bands to build that booty!
