Say hello to the most important person at the retreat weekend: Jessica... our on staff Sommelier.

​

Jessica helps run two well known restos in downtown Montreal both known as "must go" locations: Le Bremner and Garde Manger (run by celebrity Chef, Chuck Hughs). Jessica has been called, "the Straw That Stirs the Drink at Garde Manger" (Eater Montreal). She is in charge of selecting wines and educating the staff on their background and flavours.

A little about jess..

"I sit down with wine suppliers, set up tastings every two weeks with the staff, teach the staff, get them apprised about new wines. It's a lot of problem-solving. And once you tackle a problem, you're like, when's the next challenge? Once it's done, I'm like BRING IT" (Eater Montreal).

Jessica will be leading a specially designed WINE WORKSHOP at VIEFIT 2020.

-"What's a girls weekend without some vino?"

Jessica has designed an interactive wine & cheese workshop for the VIEFIT 2020 guests. Jessica's role is to leading you through a tasting of various flavors and backgrounds of specially chosen wines. Paired with local Quebec cheeses!
